1-2 In-Home Visits to:
-Discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the birthing process
-Review your preferences and build a birth plan
-Go over comfort measures

Birth Support
-Calm and grounded support for you and partner
-Honor your body, space, and birthing process
-Provide comfort physically, mentally, and emotionally.
-Photography (if desired)
-Placenta services
Postpartum Visits
1-2 In-Home Visits to:
-Reflect on your birth story
-Provide assistance with establishing nursing
-Encourage rest and bonding
-Provide information and resources about newborn care
Postpartum Doula Services
Day Shift-$25 per hour
Night Shift-$30 per hour
4 hour minimums
Household Support
-Help with light household duties
(dishes, laundry, etc.)
-Grocery Delivery
-Meal Prep/Clean-up

Parent and Baby Support
-Answer any questions about
newborn care
-Assist with nursing/feeding
-Provide care for baby while new parents rest, eat, shower, etc.
